EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a robust, evidence-based modality that can reduce symptoms related to trauma. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR can quickly uncover underlying aspects of an individual’s trauma through the use of bilateral stimulation.
IFS Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy was developed by psychologist Richard Schwartz. IFS focuses on healing aspects (referred to as “parts”) of the client’s self in order to restore emotional and psychological well-being. IFS is a creative modality well-suited for creative individuals interested in building a greater sense of self-compassion and understanding.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy is a holistic form of talk therapy that is well-suited for individuals interested in gaining a deeper understanding of their internal world by uncovering unconscious patterns and repressed emotions. This process can improve a client’s interpersonal relationships by strengthening their self-awareness.

I am a licensed psychotherapist trained to support individuals through various emotional and psychological challenges. I specialize in working with adults seeking to heal issues related to acute and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, sexuality and gender issues.
I offer a variety of pathways towards healing and personal growth, including EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, IFS, relational therapy, and more. My approach is gentle, collaborative, attachment-focused, humorous, and culturally-informed.
